We will work with the campground to get everyone as close as possible. They actually held sites open for us beyond the original cutoff date, but ultimately had to put the sites being held for us into general availability. I have already discussed this with the campground, and they are willing to work with us to the extent they can. I will swing by there again today to discuss this specific issue. I would suggest making reservations right away just to hold a place. We'll work something out for you.

Okay we Brusselers have a problem. All 3 of us want to come to the rally but the campground told us they don't have any campsites close to the the rest of the class B'ers. I know we are late but we had issues with finding travel insurance and a death in the family.
Maybe Jim McEver come come to our help. I don't have any other way of contact. They won't allow 2 vans in one spot.
What sites does the group have.

It's been quite the saga getting T-shirts lined up, but it is happening. We finally found a vendor who is responsive to our wants and is working at light speed to get our site ready to go. We'll be sending a link to our online store to registered campers mid-week. The store will remain open thru 5/12.
Cost will be $12 for cotton, $13 for performance material for sizes S-XL, $2 up charge for each additional X. You will find more details on the site.
We will collect the shirts at the vendor's location and distribute them as folks arrive at the campground.
I have tried to post a picture, but RV.net editors are not the most user friendly and I'm not inclined to put the effort in to figure it out. Check our FB group for an image.

Time seems to fly so quickly but there is still time to register for the upcoming 14th Annual Class B rally - the Colonial Rally!
