Rough couple of days.
Nothing quite like experiencing lower gastro-intestinal-distress.
You know, a little like someone who eats a 1/2 a bag of corn chips at one sitting, and the next morning can't stand up straight!
No, I did not do that!
Starting to get things under control, I think. Hopefully, within a day or 2, I'll be back at it.
If you want to do something, you will find a way.
If you don't, you will find an excuse.

The extra holes will cut down on weight

Now that I think about it, I could get out my 4" hole saw, and start really saving some weight! Lol. Thanks for the laugh.

I've spent some time the last couple of days looking at different options for a couple of things that will be needed during the finishing of this build.
One of them is a bottom freezer, top refrigerator. They are made in a 12 volt dc compressor version, that will actually fit in the area that I have available for that purpose.
The wife and I much prefer a bottom freezer, since we, like most people, are in and out of the refrigerator way more than the freezer.

How about some nice, cheap, drawer pulls?

Has this run so long that even you are starting to get bored? Come on post something or not. I was planning to post a Sponge Bob Square Pants picture but I thought that was just about as off topic.
To all other readers, please ignore this post. I love seeing new posts to this thread but I am frustrated and disappointed when they are worthless ramblings like this. I want to see the end result but I am not sure I will live long enough for that to happen.
What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

Make it a loop and I'd be happy with it...

Quite a while back, I had thought about using 1/4" cotton rope, making it into a loop, soaking it in Por 15, which will harden like a rock, then painting it, and using it as a drawer pull.
It wouldn't take much Por or paint, and the rope is inexpensive.
After looking at some other options, I decided not to do that, although, I think it would actually come out fine, and be durable.

Yea, it took more than a couple of days. Ugh.
Feeling much better now. Looking like I might be able to get some work done over the weekend.
