As the plan evolves, the "normal" RVer will question many decisions. However, it's not your RV or mine (the DW cringes every time I show her the progress) so as long as the OP and his DW are happy, that's all that matters.

If you keep showing your wife these pictures, she may get a couple of ideas that she likes. Or not! Lol.

Not so far! She just now groaned and asked what decade that cooktop came from. LOL

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

It's a little dirty from sitting around, but it came from "this" decade. What can I tell ya?

Here's a LINK to one at Camping World nearly identical to ours.

The right burner on ours is a bit larger, but same design.

Back in the day one of my customers wanted me to refinish the counter top in his wife's kitchen. It measured a total of 65 feet of counter top.

fulltimin, yup, I’m still here too. Wondering. Will you have something on/around/under the stove insert to prevent heat/fire? I’m sure you have a plan for that since the countertop is wood. Just wondering what it is?
