A part of our Summer Road Trip
We stop for a quick two hour visit to
Oregon's - Diamond Craters
VIDEO LINK: Diamond Craters of Oregon
We hike around a couple of the crater
Locations taking video and pictures
There were pretty strong winds blowing
There is a bit of wind noise, sorry and
The video needed to be stabilized due to wind
Cameras used are:
Samsung Galaxy S 7 - GoPro Hero 4 Silver
And the Good Old Canon GL-1 DV Camera
Diamond Craters is well worth a visit and it's next to
The Malhuer National Wildlife Refuge
~~~~~ ENJOY ~~~~~
Wind noise is always a problem, you can get external mics with a wind muff to help in reducing the wind noise for your cameras.
I did enjoy your video.
You know,,, and I had all that stuff with me,,,
It's the delicate task of getting the brain to not forget to not forget the wind screens!
This was on a whim as we passed by.
I saw the sign for Diamond Craters and my inner Lewis and Clark kicked in.
Kelli may have kicked me too. [emoticon]
This was a one shot opportunity as I don't know the next time we'll be in that area.
Next video will show the Round Barn just down the road form this location. Interesting historical site too.
Take care,,,
