Thanks for your responses. It's always good to see an interesting spot through someone else's eyes. Did the DROP BOX video links open for you? They are usually highlighted in blue, but not this time, not for me.

The URLs (link addresses for the videos) work when I copy & paste them into a new browser tab.

To make them work as clickable hyperlinks they need to be enclosed in [ url ] ... [ /url ] tags (minus the spaces).

Great videos. I wish we had that type of terrain around here.

WOW!!!!! Watched the vids about 10 times each!!! I would venture to guess that is the first time a Lance has gone through sandstone canyon and up the drop off!!! Impressive truly impressive, and you made it look so easy!! We are headed out this weekend [emoticon], thanks for the pump up [emoticon]

Looks like a great time. Funny that there was a pool table. [emoticon]

I knew the pool table would elicit a question. There was a note on the table that said the owner of the table had died and wanted his presence to be known and leave a little something in this remote place. His friends, who signed the table, as had other passers by, set the whole thing up with a nice cover to make it last a while. It was an odd thing to come upon.

is another vid near the end of the Fish Cr. drainage. This is where we turned around. To see how steep, watch until the end.
The clear winner in the drivetrain warz this trip were my Detroit/Eaton True Trac, torque biasing, all gear driven, diffs. They are not limited slips and deliver traction to the wheel on each axle that has the MOST traction, not the least like limited slips do. Even when we had wheels off the ground, like in a couple of these vids, nothing slipped or spun. Amazing technology.
