We've been out of the loop for a bit. What a way back in! You are an amazing writer and performer. We of the beaches and marshes are most excited by these forays in tight spaces and broad views. Thanks for the adventure.
Love to all, Skip & Linda

Thanks for the trip report.

I concur, the Anza Borrego Desert is a very special place. It's a 2.5 hr drive from me in Orange County and I have been exploring/camping in that wonderful park since I was 18 years old and I am 61 now.

If I ever do leave So. Cal., I will definitely miss that wonderful park.

Cheers!

Jeff, that is the tightest fit of a hardside that I've ever see going through a canyon well done! I enjoyed your off road adventure and how you showed those jeeps and motorcycles what a hardside can do.

Thanks again for all your good cheer. Bro John is talking now about doing Canyonlands...I mean taking the TC's into the park over Elephant Hill. We've done it a few times in jeeps, but not in TC's. Anyone done this before? The only woe I can see is overhead clearance. 1971: '66 Toy FJ-40 @ '67 Ford Bronco/302. That 3 yr. old toe head is now 49.
