Thank you for all the replies, I couldn’t find one so I thought I’d throw it out there.
Think I’ll try the RV Parky, looks like something I can use.

The DW & I absolutely love the Allstays app. We also use RVparky app when needed as a backup, but the Allstays app has helped us a great number of times when needing a place to stop.

I'm ordering a roll of that Kevlar so I can install it on my RV so when I stay at WM I will be safe in the parking lot all night.

We used a Walmart Atlas that I believe is still available. It told about each store and their location and amenities such as fuel, pharmacy, super Walmart, etc.

The Walmart parking lot is not a campground.

Allstays, RV Parky and Freecampsites.net all list Walmarts. As far as "allows RV parking", you need to check with the store manager.

So that's why one hung up on me when I called to see if they had FHU and a pool. [emoticon]

Call the local Chamber of Commerce or city hall on ordinances . Then the individual business if necessary. A place to get off the road and sleep, maybe do some shopping and refuel is not camping.
For instance, my city has a no overnight camping ordinance on public property, unless it is in immediate proximity ( on the curb so to speak) of a permitting private non commercial property owner such as family or friends.
Private commercial property ' camping' is left to the owner of that property to permit or refuse, this is where a call to the C of C comes in, as in many cases, the Wally, or its lesser competitors need other business patronage more than yours.
Heres the rub. My local piggly wiggly for want of another name, wants me to buy my food there. Gives us a discount for the groceries we purchase for resale in our camp store. Wants us to refer our guests to them. Is it in the best interest of that piggly wiggly to let you park overnight, or to deny that in exchange for goodwill in the entire business community?
You who are in business, understand. The local plumber, car dealer, grocer, florist, baker, restaurant, hotelier, candlestick maker and all who do all such combined as a Wallly look to lodging establishments as their first referral.
Travellers must first secure lodging. All other needs are secondary.
Do not get me wrong, We do enjoy boondocking, an overnight sleep stop where on public or private land we are welcome. We just make certain the welcome mat is there, and do something to patronize the merchants that allow us to.
