I respectfully refer to Mex as The Riddler. I always look forward to reading his posts. I hope all is well with him

Agreed to all the above posts - he is an interesting guy, has plenty to contribute, definitely a challenge to read. I still enjoy his posts because I like to learn. Sometimes I don't learn anything because I don't know enough about the subject, but it's still interesting.
Hope he's doing ok.

I couldn't stand the guy, there was no discussing anything w/ him, it was his way or the hiway. He had no respect for other peoples long time experiences.
But the Mods....among others worshiped him,......each to their own.

Probably slipped on a greasy taco and is recuperating in a Mexican hospital, will be lucky to survive that ordeal....
Read his comments but never reply. I'm over 70 myself and I find most of his stuff to be cryptic at best.
Craftsman tools today are junk. I call them 'Cracksman' tools. Just broken yet another socket yesterday. Even HF is better now plus they have a money back / replacement guarantee. Good luck returning a Cracksman tool to Lowes, now that Sears and Grabbuck is defunct.

I've a ways to go before 70, but did have interest to read the Craftsman post, as I've quite a collection of the earlier good ones. I even have a nice Craftsman meter, that works great. It is sad to see a quality name brand, sink to the lower level.
I do think Mex has a lot to add to the tech forum, as he seems quite knowledgeable, especially when it comes to electronics. He's only been missing for a couple weeks, he'll likely show up soon. In the USA, everyone is entitled to their opinion! IDK about Mexico, but from the movies, those Mexican prisons don't look like a good place for one to express controversial opinions! ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.rv.net/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)

The TV Guru 'SCVJeff' has also abandoned this forum. He's still active on RVForum.net.
