Is it possible and/ or are you comfortable backing in from the top of your street and back in directly into your driveway?

In these good neighbor/ bad neighbor situations, it's always best to play the good guy. I'm sure you put your best foot forward when you asked them to move their car.

I love living in the country without any HOA, neighborhood rules, etc, etc. Everyone makes decisions on where they want to live, and they have to live with them. Getting the HOA involved is an act of war. Everyone loses.

Well your driveway is 234' long, how far from the nearest intersection cul de sac to the intersection? If you can back down a 234' driveway, just back down the street to the cul de sac.

Request the HOA to enforce their street parking rules. Parking in a cul du sac is a safety issue regarding emergency vehicles.

Plastic,

You obviously have uncooperative neighbors. You also have a long drive. That means you have a lot of lawn. If you have a serious lawn tractor, put a hitch ball on it and use it to maneuver the TT. It can possibly do better than your usual TV. I know mine could when I needed to move a trailerable (just) sailboat.

BUT, the first time you try this, have lots of friends around with their phones and have then helping direct the tractor-trailor with lots of loud shouting and recording things. Then, to add to the show, get stuck so you block the entire cul-de-sac until someone moves. As nothing you are doing is any violation of anything, who will they complain to.

Be sure to edit the video and paste in on YouTube.....

I live on a street where turning around is difficult. For the last several years, I have stopped trying to bring the fifth-wheel home for loading. I load up the car and take the stuff to the storage site. Sometimes it requires two trips.

Your storage site is two miles away, so a trip or two for loading may not be so bad -- certainly not so bad as going to war with neighbors.

Let the HOA take care of it, or back up the length of the street.

This is why I would never live in a subdivision....

That is why we decided never to live in a place with a HOA. Get elected to the board of the HOA, then enforce the parking rules.
