Just wanted to put this out there out of curiosity:

Pull Through and back in sites each have their own advantage/disadvantages. I tend to like the back in sites, as I feel they are more secluded on 3 sides. Which type of site do you prefer and why?

If we’re just passing through and only spending one night we like the quick in and out of a pull through. If we’re going to be there awhile then we like the back in.

Back in, they tend to be wider vs pull through which are long and narrow. At least in Michigan State Parks

Pull through sites are popular because some folks are not comfortable or not skilled at backing up their trailers.

No preference other than they have enough room for the required maneuver.

I do agree back in's tend to be wider and more room for patio activities.

Well I prefer back-in, even when it requires backing down a road to get to the Host site. Our site is at the red arrow, it is about 100' down a somewhat narrow road, then treed on both sides. We are the 4th large site down this road.

It all depends on the park. No preference otherwise.

I won't eliminate a site or decide either way. I take each site on its own merits. PT vs BI are further down the list.
I also factor in how long I'm staying.
I have learned to be more choosey if I'm staying awhile.
If its a short trip I will sometimes settle for a lesser site.
