Any idea which I need for the outer tires. 135° or 180°?

I got mine from these folks: https://www.shinyrv.com/product/dually-valve-stems-for-motorhomes-with-alcoa-wheels-2-hand-hole-dl4ac/ You might want to check with them. I got dually valves for my Alcoas there.

Hit "Contact" on the site above and their phone number will be on the left side of the page. Easy to talk to and they will know what you need. I called them before I ordered my "Dually" stems to make sure I was ordering the right stuff ............. and everything fit right up.

The Borg valve stems on my Winnebago Fuse outer duallies ( Ford Transit 350HD ) is 135° .
