Put too much faith in his dully pulling too fast. Probably read on here they are fool proof.

So somebody is assuming this happened from too much speed. Look at the very beginning of the video. He was going straight across the bridge and it tipped to the left as he was just starting into a left turn. There is no way it took the whole distance across that bridge to tip over from the right turn before the bridge.
My opinion, not that it is worth any more the the original one, either high wind over the bridge or drifted to the right and hit the bridge throwing the right side up.

Slow down. Way too many RVers like to go fast, they are proud of it.
Light rain can be bad, mixed with oil on the road.
Live in the Rockies and you learn to slow down in winter.
sometimes 20 mph is too fast.
