They have a good reputation as do many US Made tires. I prefer to keep my money in a free country when possible!

I put Sailuns on my camper about 2 years ago. I had them balanced as well. Huge difference. very little wear. The side walls are super thick. I have a buddy that owns a trailer repair shop down south. He swears by them. I would pull the trigger and get them.

I am reading of more and more switching to Sailun 17.5 tires. They are even available my ordering on-line at Wal-mart for only $135 a tire. Amazing!
My Goodyear g114 21575r17.5 tires with 20k miles on them still look new but have a manufacture date of 2013. So they are about to age out I guess despite how the look with even NO sidewall cracks. I keep them covered when parked, keep inflated to 115psi, and they are not weight maxed-out at all.
I guess I should replace them soon. Thoughts?

Everything I have read 6 years is the max. I would guess some stretch it out longer, I don't. I don't put enough miles on to wear them out, but six years is my max on the fifth wheel.

As far as the Sailun's go , great choice over the Goodyears. My second set of tires on my fifth wheel were the Goodyear G614's , about the only game in town at the time. IMO an overrated ,overpriced tire. It was nice to see the Sailun's come along when it was time to replace the Goodyears. The Goodyears are even more outrageous in price now then when I bought them. As I have said the Sailun Terramax is going on my truck when the time comes , as well as on my fifth again .
