Considering traveling over to the Nacogdoches area this week. Could anyone give me a report on how bad the love bug infestation is at this time.

I cannot tell you about East Texas, but in Florida, this is the worst we have seen them in over 15 years. So far this breeding cycle has lasted nearly a month.

Not really to bad right now, we have had tons of rain. That may be keeping them at bay.

To clean the love bugs, wet a dryer sheet and rub then rinse.

Don’t ya just “Love” this time of year.....and September’s repeat! Nacogdoches, probably not too bad....100 miles farther south, bring your “squeegee” and window cleaner! [emoticon]

I'm a little north of Tyler & wasn't a problem driving home from the farm thru a big bottom area last night.
