Despite my better judgement, I succumbed to the recent $59 installation sale.

Traded my jeep in for an equinox, for smoother (back friendly ) ride.
Needed to have a towing system and braking system installed.

Was called at 3:30pm today, and told my car was ready for pickup.

Arrived around 5:00pm. No one knew where the correct paper work was.
Paperwork was found, and I paid the balance due.
Now they cant find my keys.
Then I'm told a part was not installed, and mechanic needs about 30min.
Part is installed ( so I'm told ).
Go to the car to discover the fuse disconnect was not installed, and a large box with leftover stuff left in the car.

I go back in the store regarding the missing fuse disconnect. They find the part in the shelf behind the counter.
Apparently the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing.

Told them I have one car, and my friend drove me ( on his anniversary ) to pick up my car. He's now gone, and I need my car.

So,(at now 7:30pm) they give me the "fusemaster", so I can leave and install it myself.

EVERYTIME, I have used CW service there has been an issue.

Hopefully the system they installed works. Time will tell.

Sounds like you should of gone with the $99 install fee. Or the $125 one that includes the paperwork and your keys back.
Lucky they didn't close before you got the parts and your car back.

Pray that it works right. Might have another shop check it out to see if it was installed properly. Don't want to lose the new Equinox
