Any park south of I 4 gets higher as you go south in Florida. We lift in Florida for 25 years, the first time to Disney was 30 dollars now it almost 200 dollars a night for the campground

Yep. RV park we went to for years in Colorado had really good rates. It was sold and new owners about doubled the rates. To their credit they did make some good upgrades.

I stayed in a lovely grassed park last night. There are 12 sites with 15 amp power, flush toilets and showers for a fee of $10.00 per night.

I was the only camper.

Do you find a lot of affordable RV parks like that? If so, how do you find them?

Anybody ask why the rates had doubled or tripled other than new owners? Had the taxes, water rates, insurance rates, staff salaries gone up? Had the value of the property gone up due to improvements, changes to the surrounding properties? Have other properties in the area gone belly up decreasing the available spots? Lots of reasons/cause for prices to up. Darn few reasons to keep them the same as before.
