I was trying to work out a deal on a 2006 MH.
I am sorry of the poor communications.
Yea I realize I was putting in a lowball cash offer.
I was called and told if the deal did not go through they would accept my offer.
Guess what should have put down a deposit on the phone that day!
Sale fell through, unit was back up for sale, called, Oh no we will not take anything less than 22,000$
Time passes and unit still advertised I had family that was in the area check out the unit. Nope won't go lower that 23,500$ but have to finance through CW. Nope, more time passes still for sale gave them a call.
Well now the price is no less than $25,000 because we have done some work to it. We have sold this unit three times for 28,000$.
And then proceeded to tell me about how the sales had fallen through.
Well then you did not sell it did you! Good luck.
This buyer has moved on.

Maybe if you actually stood in the showroom with the cash in hand. A while back bought a toyhauler with a lowball over the phone offer, they said no,but showed up to actually look at the unit, offered less then the phone call and 3 hours later left with it.

Some times in person makes all the difference.

This was on a particular unit that is over 1,500miles plus away from me.
No way was I taking a plane ride to find out that they are not going
down in price.
Now in October when my work slows down I am flying out to visit my
family in the area. Any bets that MH will still be sitting on their lot??
