My rule is I have no map. I know where I have been, and don't care if others know nor do I care where they have been. If you've hit 35 states, 49, or all 50 then great for you.

Its sort of like a sig line on these boards. I see no reason to list every piece of gear or equipment I have down to the last lug nut but others do, have at it.

Your map your rules but for me if my rig rolled across land in any given state the hole in my map gets populated!

I agree. I look at some maps and wonder how someone got to a state without visiting any surrounding states. We drove from Missouri through Illinois to Indiana one day and through Kentucky to Ohio another. The map looks nonsensical when you skip the travel states.

I hit a pothole once on I-81 in PA, and bounced right over MD landing in VA lol.

OK! My rule would be a state I was in long enough to drink a beer! [emoticon]

Just to clarify, that would be about 5 minutes? [emoticon]
Well, maybe a little longer. Wanna find an interesting locals joint to hang out and get the inside scoop on where to go and what to see. Sometimes even find out about places people here on RV.net haven't mentioned.
