There are frequent threads in here on web access, youtuber has listed a method he has been using and I thought some in here may be interested. Visable
It apparently uses the Verizon system, and gives unlimited data with the only slowdown being a limit of only one connected device to the smartphone.
He does show a workaround for that.
At $40 a month prepaid, it looks decent.

Very timely for us, we are just about to buy a new phone for my wife from Verizon but will get one from Visible instead.

"But Visible does feature some other restrictions you should be aware of. (What — you didn't think there was a catch to that $40 monthly rate?) Visible reserves the right to slow down your data speed when Verizon's network is congested. Like Verizon's least expensive unlimited plan, Visible caps video streaming at 480p resolution. Music streams at 500 Kbps."

For complete instructions for using Visable in this manner go here. Visible is not a third party company, it is Verizon.

User gsgriffin has put in the time and effort to give information that makes this an understandable solution. This service has evolved over the past few months to where it is today. The length of the thread is mostly users that try to do something other than the original intent
