I just switched back and forth from General and Sports 6 times and got no errors. That is what makes some issues so difficult to replicate; and some times in is the members system and not ours. We aren't making excuses, but that also happens at times.

Two different computers, two different providers, 3 different browsers, all failed on the same subforums. Didn't matter if I was logged on or not logged on. But, for me, it was always the same subforms that was an issue.

The server's logs should have plenty of error reports for the Server Admins to reference. The error is from the server, it's not a client side issue. It could be caused by something on the client side, but the server is generating the error and it should also be storing it in the error logs.

Up until a few days ago, I have always stayed logged in, pretty much since the day I joined. I rarely log out. I have noticed if I am logged in, I can go to the Newest link or Active link at the top of the page and it will show me all the Newest/Active threads and I can read them. I'm guessing that is why some folks are saying they don't have a problem because it doesn't happen there and I know a lot of folks use those two links. I don't use the Newest and Active link.

I am using the latest version of Google Chrome, but I have tried it using Microsoft Edge as well and still get the error. It has happened in every Forum I read: Class C, Travel Trailer, Beginner RV, General RV, Tech Forum, DIY, Campgrounds and Attractions, Boondocking, Snowbirding and Around the Campfire. In Google Chrome I do use Adblock Plus, but I don't in Microsoft Edge.

The work around is to be logged out and then read the forums until I want to post a reply. Then I log in, hit the back button to get back to the thread and reply. This doesn't always work, but it usually does.

Post volume has been very low the last week or so. Most likely people haven't figured out the workaround and just leave frustrated. Considering there are members that have been here for 10+ years that still can't figure out how to post pictures or create clickable links, most likely they get the error and just leave.

Since logging in to post the above reply, I have not had a problem moving from Forum to Forum while logged in. Hopefully the issue has been resolved.

in the last 3 days I've had one error page when I attempted a post
NO error pages reading messages or the "new posts" page.

I'm calling it resolved.

You are outnumbered by those who still have the issue.[emoticon]
