Is it a useful tool with an extensive up to date data base?

I’ve subscribed and used it in the west. It’s not free but locations submitted are verified before being added.

I prefer https://freecampsites.net/

It has a trip planner--and is free.

I suppose you meant https://overnightrvparking.com, since overnightparking.com domain is for sale.

At $25/yr it would not be worth finding out if it is worth using, or not. At least on my side of the country, finding a place to park overnight is a no-brainer, with a minimum amount of effort.
