A few camphead friends were thinking about visiting the Big E in 2020. I know its dry camping which we are all used to, but I'm just wondering if things have changed since 2012?? Has anyone been there recently to advised us on the conditions? or any other advise or maybe to camp in a local RV Park in the area, thanks.

I dunno, but it certainly helps to :
1. Say what the Big E is
2. Where it is, what State at least
3. When is it...

Sure helps a lot..
Thanks..

The only Big E that I know of is the USS Enterprise, CVN-65.

But, it's been decommissioned. [emoticon]

Maybe Eldora Speedway?? Northwest Ohio. They do have a "Little E" for quarter midgets. Dry camping on gravel/grass. Relatively level.
Good partying. Good racing. I personally think they race the track too dry, but I may be slicing it too thin.
Was I there this year? Or last year? It was after a fishing trip to the Smokies and Spruce PA. I chilled at Grand Lake St Mary State Park for a few days before. There WAS some HOT DA*N cinnamon schnapps involved.
Just my WAG.
Do I win something?

I vote for TheBigE it's local to people in Long Island NY, and it was just in the news since it was 9/18-10/4 and now they are talking about next year

Here is some info I found in web about camping there, it might be old info.
