Anyone take I-74 from Champaign IL going east to Indy , if so how was the road.

There's road construction east of champaign otherwise I don't think there's much else.

travelled it many times. Just sort of an average interstate. Check the internet to see about construction. No urban areas to negotiate until Indianapolis.

Keep an eye out for a small bump at the border, other than that you'll be bored stiff.
