Hello mhhbbardva,
As we discussed by phone last week, we have reviewed the concerns you had with the title paperwork on your purchase and apologized for any miscommunication or confusion you felt there was. I also authorized a Camping Wold merchandise certificate as a gesture of good will.
I also explained that we are unable to alter an interest rate on a loan after it has funded. Nor am I aware of any lender that would do so. As I mentioned, you are welcome to submit an application for refinance with no processing fees if the rates go down.
Sincerely,
Robyn Barnes

You did but no mention of what or how it would be delivered. The rate was down for a couple weeks and instead of honoring it as a good customer service company would have done you ignored or delayed a response until the rate went back up.
We are just going to have to agree to disagree.

And that "goodwill" gesture was a waste of time and money. Most people realize the rate you get when you consummate a deal is the rate you get to live with. You signed the documents and took the money, most likely without a gun to your head. Own your actions.
I do, they need to own theirs. I also have the right to express my displeasure of them misrepresenting themselves, actually outright lying about it to get the loan.
