Yes, the MagneShade works to keep the heat down by stopping the sun from coming in. It is also nice that you can see out during the day. It is easy to put on and there is no drilling for connectors.

I looked at the MagnaShade and I'm sure it's a good shade. However, for about the same cost ($700) of a MagnaShade for the windshield I was able to get SunGaurd shades for the windshield, 4 tire covers and covers for every other window on my Canyon Star plus 2 mirror covers and 2 windshield wiper covers.
I opted for the turn button attachments instead of the snaps and I really like them. They stay put in any wind and I have every single window in the motorhome covered not just the windshield. Takes me about 10 minutes on the ladder to put them up. It did take a few hours to do the initial installation but wasn't difficult at all.
And they didn't include an implanted medical device warning.
When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.

Magna Shade didn’t want 50 more holes for snaps with 50 more leak potential to cause damage. Also no ladder needed and goes up and down in 30 seconds

Back to say we love the newly added Magne-Shades for windshield and driver and passenger side windows.
