It depends, do you have an inverter?
As noted, on 15amp alone you're pretty limited. If you have a large inverter you can run off of that and use the 15amp to keep the batteries topped off.
There are 24 hours in every day - it all depends on how you choose to use them.

Plug it in at your home and test it out, if possible.
If you cannot take good care of what you have, you will not have anything good for very long!!!

Keep the high draw electrical devices off and you should be fine (air/con, electric water heater, space heaters...maybe microwave).
It's just not a big issue without those devices being on.

You didn't say where you were going. If headed South then you won't be able to use either of your AC's. If staying where it's cold, follow the advice already stated.

You don't say what Tiffin model you have in your signature but there should be a way to control and set how much current your converter or inverter/charger uses to charge your batteries. Set it so it consumes no more than 5 amps or you will be popping breakers as soon as you plug in if your house batteries are somewhat discharged after the trip. Make sure you don't use any major current draws, not even one, until the batteries reach float charge condition.

What I do on 15 amps may not be possible
I have a "Plug in" converter (Progressive Dynamics 9180+Wizard comes eiother with or without a plug in cord. mine was with) I have a 20-15 adapter (it has a 20 amp plug) so I unplug it from the rig and plug JUST it into the house.
I have an inverter that handles TV and Microwave (or the Generator when needed)
Everythign else is Gas or 12 volt.
Home is where I park it.

We successfully stayed at a relative's home for about 4 days plugged into a 15 amp service and our 5er is 50 amps. The house was an old country farm house and the shed behind the house is were we plugged in. I ran about 150 feet of electric cord to reach the shed. We had no issues. It's all about power management. We never turned on the air conditioners or heat pump. We ran the water heater on propane only. We ran the furnace on propane, and we did not use any electric appliances like coffee pots, toasters, or hair blowers. We did have both televisions operational, electric clocks, and our phones and such plugged in.
At home, we ran our 30 amp TT's on a 15 amp plug from the house for years before installing a 30 amp RV outlet. Now we have a 50 amp, two 30 amp RV outlets, and several 15-20 amp outlets available outside the house and garage.
If you plug into the house, make sure you bring along the 15 amp to 30 amp dogbone or hocky-puck adapter.
