How many of you folks on here are making the trek to the big show?

This will be our 7th year in a row, we would not miss it. That being said we find that 2 days and nights are plenty. We have a short list of bargains we are seeking, nothing major just some spare tools {sockets, extensions etc.} that can be had cheap out of the bins at the swap meet section.

We have friends who will be joining us on their first visit to the Q so will undoubtedly enjoy the show even more through their eyes. We will be doing 4 days and nights in Ehrenburg {Arizona Oasis} right on the Colorado River and will be riding the Ehrenburg Sand Bowl OHV area everyday on our Rzr's. We'll all move to Rice Ranch at the Q on Monday morning and head home Wednesday.

IMHO: You don't have to go every year but everyone should go at least once.

To anyone going to the show,

We went last year and bought a really nice dog leash. I lost it and would love to have another. Unfortunately I can't remember who I got it from (one of the smaller booth vendors). I've googled and searched the list of vendors from last year. I believe they said they were from Idaho.

They had other items which were made with braided leather. What made this leash so nice was there were rings woven into the leash are variable places which allowed me to shorten it and easily attach it around a post.

So if you're walking around and see them this year, could you either PM me or post their contact info.

Enjoy the show - we did last year.

Thanks,

Chris

It’s not the “stuff.” It’s the showpersonship! There’s no business like SHOW business.

Yup and this will be the 15th consecutive year. Like mentioned before its not the show its the beautiful desert, the people and the nice weather. We meet up with our Q friends and have a ball camped in the LTV for 2 weeks. Bonfires, food, beverages..lol, and lots of fun. Then the group of us head to Yuma. The show is fun just to walk around and get our Thrifty ice cream fix [emoticon] Last yr. we had all new shades put in thru out the rig and new slide toppers. Shade pro is the best and come right out to your rig in then middle of nowhere. You want new satellite, windshield etc etc your covered. Q is not for everyone but we and thousands of other like minded folks love it.

I will be there, this will be my third time. I am looking forward to spending time with friends, the people watching, a few good deals, buying somethings that I really don't need, some really great food and doing a little desert exploring. I will be in my Alante 26X with an Electric Bike on the back, wave if you see me. [emoticon] JH
