In order to present and demonstrate that Good Sam is a business whose primary goal is to provide and meet the GS Road Assistance needs of all RVers, I suggest that GS post the resolutions to the RV.net forum. The resolution should give a complete description of how the issue was resolved. The above post by GS Customer Care is an appreciated PR response but is incomplete. Just reading the above GS post leaves all RVers negatively questioning the quality of the GSRA services.

Thank you for the post Mark Twain.

As with other social media forums Good Sam does its best to respond to complaints or concerns and obtain the information necessary to contact the member and address their concerns. Good Sam posts when a resolution has been made and thanks the member for advising us of the issues in addition to giving Good Sam the opportunity to correct the them and attempt to resolve them to the members satisfaction. In the interest of the members privacy we do not post the resolution but the OP/member can post the details of their resolution if they choose to.

Not seeing a post does not mean one was not posted. I posted a resolution here which was very satisfactory to my situation back when it occurred. I have read other post here where a good resolution was shared. Good Sam does try to make things right. I expect the customer to post reviews not the business.
