I was reading today about prospects for reopening some sectors of the economy once we get to where we need to be with testing. Apparently when we get adequate and faster testing they can do contact tracing and targeted isolation rather than the blanket approach we have to use now. That said, I figure parks along with other recreational activities will be far down the list of priorities. I don't see any of us roaming the countryside at will this summer

Oregon Governor is now saying all campgrounds could stay closed until Sept 30th.
However, this is from the Forest Service:

I hope this changes when people start going back to work and such. I can't see how camping has more of an impact than shopping at Costco and other stores.

The local county parks put out a statement that said it's not about the campers. It's about everyone sharing showers, bathrooms, and such.
My first thought we just leave the bathrooms closed. That is why I have a Travel Trailer with the bathroom inside of it.I don't have to use the public facilities.
Still, I suppose that everyone has to touch the same handle at the dump station and that could be difficult to keep sanitized.

This is so sad and I feel for all campground owners and everyone else that has their income cut off by this terrible virus. I do believe it is and should be a national emergency!
