This is probably something that was needed starting a couple of weeks ago. There seems to be a shortage of "parks" for full-timers coming upon us because of all the (needed) closures of campgrounds and such. This post isn't to complain about the closures. Please leave your ideas for where one might be able to find accommodations for these people.
I am going to start by saying Mobile home parks may have a space for short term stays. Also, if you post on "Nextdoor", an online neighborhood post/chat you may be able to find someone with a large lot or farm willing to help.

LOTS of CGs have spaces available.

One just needs to do a little research in/around area that they want to stay out.

By now MOST FTrs are probably in a spot

If NOT----come to AZ
Privae CGs are open with spaces available

Here's their website. With caveats. No recreational travelers at this time. Full timers with no where else to go are still mostly welcome.

Might depend on where you are. In Oregon I think your going to find it difficult to find a spot. State campgrounds closed and the few private I tried said they were not accepting anybody new. These days I would definitely confirm a reservation rather than assume that you would find something.

I was just at the Pima County Fairgrounds near Tucson and it's RV park is open.

I still haven't heard a rational reason to shut down campgrounds.
