I called good sams roadside assistance for a tire failure, on April 5, near Pratt Kansas! 2 hours later good sams called back, and said no one would help, because of the covid virus! I’m 75, and changed the tire! Got home, called tow services in Pratt, and they said no one called them! The virus would not stop them! They did say that good sams doesn’t reimburse them enough to go out, though! I pay my premium, but no one responded! Any answers? I did call good sams twice, and they said they would get back to me last Wednesday, but no one did!

I have found over the years in my opinion, it is best to get towing and roadside assistance through your car (RV) insurance company. You can call and get who ever can come to help you. Pay them by credit card, and get reimbursed by your insurance company soon after. It's simple, less money up front, and it works.

A lot those programs give people a false sense of security. Nevada is full of places with no phone service. Then if you describe your location they would just laugh any way.

I changed a tire on my horse trailer once with a busted femur. I wanted to send the son of a b**** back to where he came from.

Welcome to the Good Sam NO Customer Service. I got the same thing without Covid-19. That is why I now have Coach-net and a happy camper many times over.
