Harbor Freight just published a Jack Stand Recall.

Jack Stand Recall

I returned mine yesterday with no problem from Harbor Freight. I did not have to have a receipt only the jack stands.

I am posting this again as I consider it a very important safety issue.

I use the Active filter on this site and it appears if a discussion is closed it no longer appears under the Active filter.

Not everybody that has one of these jack stands will get an email from Harbor Freight as I did. Example if you purchased the stands at a garage or estate sale you would not get an email.

Hopefully the 1/2 dozen or so members of this forum will refrain from making comments that have nothing to do with the safety issue so other members will learn about this safety issue and dispose of the defective jack stands.
