Took out the 2020 EVO trailer this weekend and the slide jammed when going out. I called the dealer and they said to hit the reset button. Does anyone know where the rest button is or have you had this problem?

Assuming it is a Schwintec/Lippert slide system, there is a little control box somewhere, usually on the "ceiling" of an outside storage bin close to the slide.

I found an advice at forest river reviews that you should find the circuit board for an electronic manual override. It is often located in the basement.

the EVO is a travel trailer, so no basement. the Schwintek system has a controller box, usually behind a false cabinet panel.
