We looked at several Newmars today, in Vegas.
The 2020s and 2019s had excellent Flexsteel furniture.
The 2021s had some of the cheapest furniture I have ever seen. like 2x4s arms covered with a cheap version of ultra leather. Reminiscent of Winnebago of a few years ago we looked at.

She said Flexsteel had bankrupted. Imay have heard abotu it before but don't remember.
I have no idea where RV mfgs are going to find good furniture now.
We won't be bying a Newmar in Los Vegas. The young lady kept low balling us on our RV and wouldn't come off the official MSRP but 30%. Thesame prices or a bit higher than advertised on the net!

Flex steel left the rv business I read some months ago.i think the are still in their other lines. Unlike you my luck was different I was never happy with flexsteel anyway. Probably not easy building quality with the cheap price manufacturers ( and buyers) are willing to pay.

Winnebago just recently bought Newmar. Not that there's anything wrong with Winnebago products, but I'd expect to see some changes in the Newmar products under the new ownershhip.

Flex Steel is not bankrupt, they exited the RV business. I've never had any issues with Flex Steel furniture, but have had issues with the material Newmar specified for covering on the furniture. Many others have complained about the shoddy material Newmar put on the furniture.
30% off MSRP is pretty good discount. Sell your current RV yourself, they will just play games with your trade in amount, so you are better off putting an ad on Craigslist and pricing it right to sell quickly.

I pulled out ALL Flexsteel furniture in my coach, including captains seats, sofa, etc, and replaced everything with furniture ordered from Shop4seats.com. I was able to pick the fabric and the style and after several years and 75,000 miles I am still happy to have gotten rid of the uncomfortable Flexsteel products.
