Congratulations, looks wonderful! Nothing more fulfilling than when it all comes together, and you can share the joy. It's always nice to complement a good turn with another one for someone- perhaps you can count your blessings by giving some to someone else. (I always wonder if that's why waitresses get sudden large tips! :-) )

Stopped in Payson a while back on a day trip. Ate lunch at Mackey's Grill and bar. Very good food and a great friendly staff. Some nice local shops as well.
