Yes, I would. I would trust the Canadian authorities to properly clear any vaccine before it was marketed, and would be confident it hadn't been 'pushed through' !

How eager am I? Until vaccine trials were blocked I was scheduled to get the gran mal dose of the AstraZenica vaccines in October in Chula Vista CA. 74 years of age with a host of counter-productive sensitivies leaves me in a profoundly deep quarantine. For me the virus is a sure death sentence.

I was prepared. The housekeepers were set to bring prepared meals from home. Extra Tylenol to manage fever. A clean bucket by the bed for nausea. Maybe someone can explain to me how American researchers can best British researchers when both negative cases occured in Great Britain? Don't get political please.

I'd wait for a while and see what happens after the 1st batch of vaccine. If there is no side effect then I'd go for it. But I doubt it will be widely available until next year. For now, I will use my time at home to get rid off the rats at our house using Havoc Rat and Mouse Poison. Make waiting be worth it.

The Mexican government *Reportedly* told the Russians they will not accept the SPUTNIK untested vaccine even if it were free. The reason given - what happens if it lasts six months then proves incompatible with an alternative?

Looks like we're getting the AztraZeneca vaccine. The USA MODERNA vaccine at multiple times cost of the AZ has run into delays and is said to be challenged to gain approval by next June. It's investors are not happy. I was due to travel to San Diego for a trials 2+ step inoculation of the strong dose of the AZ when trials were delayed ONLY IN THE USA. A miracle. Within days of the announcement of delays in the MODERNA program, the AZ gets delayed because of 2 unrelated medical issues in Great Britain.

Hell yes I'll choose to receive a one in a million chance of a side affect rather than sure death, any day.

Please show me where that "one in a million chance of a side affect" was quoted, and based on any kind of facts. Thalidimide was touted as safe, and prescribed for pregnant women, than came those pesky ol' side effects.

AstraZeneca will have total immunity from responsibility for any side effects or deaths from this vaccine.
Their track record with selling bad drugs is troubling to say the least.
Their incentive for selling this Vaccine is profits in the hundreds of Billions

I will be waiting for quite awhile before I get it and I have comorbidities to worry about.
