I am 90% done with my Christmas shopping (all done online) and my Christmas cards are done and ready to be mailed.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be Douglas Adams
RV-less for now but our spirits are still on the open road.

It unfortunate that so many people are buying online, the local merchants really need the business and your state, county, town needs your tax dollars to get through this terrible time. Buy local.

I normally wouldn't be this far ahead but already I can't get stuff I want because it's sold out. This year it's just a matter of self-defense so-to-speak-I don't want to be out in stores and I want to make sure I can get the family what they want.

Shop where you can where it makes the most sense. Online keeps a lot of people working at a lot of small companies. They don't have to be local. Can't always get what I want "local". I do as much as I can that way but if they don't have it or it's unreasonably priced I won't shop there. Best we can do right now is to spend what we can, wherever we can.

Alas I do gift card type shopping as that's the only thing I can afford to ship.
Home is where I park it.
