Are the Forest River Cardinal and Forest River Cedar Creek 5ers the same trailer with different decals?

No.
The Creek has hung walls 16" OC.
The Cardinal has traditional side walls.

That discussion was from 2006 and really has no bearing today.

TRUE>> AND>>>>
the Cardinals took away the molded rear cap as standard... I BELIEVE that they only come with 1 certain package now... back in 2006 they were standard

After 2018 Cedar Creek also got rid of the rear cap.
I was looking at used Cedar Creeks and intent on getting one 2017-2018 and then a Cardinal deal dropped in front of me that I could not refuse. Now I own a 2019 Cardinal Limited 3600DVLE.
