I let the windows sweat. If the walls are wet, get the dehumidifier if a bit of venting will not help.
Especially use the bathroom and kitchen vent when hot water is involved.

This is what I do, tho I do have a dehumidifier for really cold temps. We sit it in the tub and let it continuously drain (keep an eye on the tank level). fwiw, we dont camp in temps below 20sF.
Also a fan to keep the air moving helps.
