I just installed a brand new whirlpool stackable washer and dryer. I am happy with the performance of both so far, but the washer literally shakes the entire coach when spinning. Has anyone ever experienced this or know what i can do to maybe balance this machine? Or maybe point me in the right direction to solve this?

When my home washer does this I pause the washer and redistribute the load around so it's more uniform.

Make sure the coach is level and the washer is level in the coach.

The washer empty will not shake.> but even my mini can really shake things up (1.6 CU-Ft does bedding by the Johnny Cash Method "One Sheet at a Time" [emoticon] )

re-arrange cloths and re-start spin cycle.. You may need to do this a few times.

That assumes the floor is level. It's not a good idea to transfer all that vibration stress to the floor.

That is exactly how both my washer and dryer were installed at DRV.

coach is definitely level, and washer is level also. i will try pausing the cycle and rearranging load to see if that helps. this surely has me puzzled. Please keep any other ideas coming

Did you REMOVE the drum shipping bolts? Forgetting these usually causes your problem. Doug
