It has been reported that a RV exploded in downtown area. It initially appears to be intentional. Looks like Beirut.

3 injured taken to hospital with nonserious injuries. The RV was parked in front of the AT&T transmission building. There has been reports that messages were coming from the RV to clear the area for sometime before the explanation.

Terrible. Hopefully the FBI and TN law enforcement will find these criminals.

Just viewed a story on a Nashville TV station website that had video from a mic'd surveillance camera on a building. There was indeed a recorded message coming from the parked RV in the minutes prior to the explosion.
Hope law enforcement,FBI & ATF can figure it out and find the perpetrators.

Well this was right in front of an ATT bldg draw what conclusions that you like from that. Angry not so hot spot owner? Heh The recorded message apparently was something like: "If you can hear this, get away. A bomb will go off in 15 minutes." Shades of Heinlein's 30 second bomb.
Seriously wait 24 hours before you take any of these reports seriously. They are almost always wrong in the beginning hours. Fortunately no one was seriously hurt that we know about. Possibly some of the police barricading the area were knocked down when it exploded. The thin blue line protects people again.
