We have a Carriage Cameo and I am sure the shower is either a plastic or acrylic like any other RV. It is light brown in color and has many what appear to be water or lime spots which we can't get out. We have tried vinegar, dawn, murphy's soap, baking soda to no avail. I don't know if the white is wear or the color is only topical and worn. Is there a non invasive way to clean the shower and glass to get this film off? I am hesitant to use a fiberglass product that you would use on a Corvette as it might make the shower slippery.

Buy a blue can of easy off oven cleaner. I have had wonderful easy to do results. No fume is on the can. You could stray a small area and wait for maybe 30 minutes and wipe it off. When I do the whole shower as I have done 4 times 2 at home and 2 in fifth wheel I get in the shower and with a big plastic glass I throw water on walls and a rag to wipe off. No effort to do this .

Try some Gel Gloss, I have used it to clean black streaks off aluminum coaches, we now use it to keep our shower water spot free. You can find it at Ace Hardware or other home improvement places.

What about CLR on a rag? An internet search has some ideas including Oxyclean.

If the spot are not real bad, dampen a clean cloth with vinegar and wipe down the walls. You could also use orange/lemon/lime/grapefruit juice (citrus acid, strained).

I've had good success with CLR (diluted in water) and a gentle scrubby.
But I'm intrigued by the EaZOff idea -- might be less work!

Some good suggestions. Keep them coming. The stains look like lime deposits.
