This round there was a snafu with bank account numbers for those who used Turbotax.. Delaying payment or requiring an alternate payment methods..

I 'did' use Turbo Tax last year only to get the first stimulus (tax free income so I didn't need to file for taxes)
VA, SS are direct deposit and got a direct deposit for 1st stimulus

SHE didn't owe either (SS direct deposit) but filed via Turbo Tax also for 1st stimulus
She got direct deposit that time AND this time

????????????

We got the first one, but the IRS' Get My Payment site claims "Status Unavailable" for second payment. I've read that means we won't get one and will have to request it when we file our 2020 return. I still haven't gotten my refund from 2019 that I mailed in on April 14th!

My wife got hers over a week ago but when I check it says :

Payment #2 Status - Not Available

We are unable to provide the status of your payment right now because:

We don't have enough information yet (we're working on this), or
You're not eligible for a payment.

How can that be since we file jointly ?
