Hope this is the correct place to post this:
I just received my January copy of RV Magazine in the mail on
Wednesday. I had a subscription for MH Magazine for 3 years
while I owned a MH and Trailer Life Magazine before and after
for about 20 years when I owned TT's and now a 5th wheel trailer.
I realize this is the first issue of the new combined magazine
now that Marcus Lemonis Publisher and CEO of Camping World, but
I hope it improves.
This issue is 80% advertising for Camping World/Gander RV and
Outdoors, Good Sam with some articles thrown in.
What happened to the tech articles, ect.

Since the magazine is basically a sales brochure, it should be free. The "tech" articles in the previous magazines were often an extension of the advertising and often gave erroneous information.

Exactly how I feel about it. Received Trailer Life for about the last 20 years and enjoyed every issue. Thumber through the new RV Mag. and tossed it.

The goal couldn’t be to make a profit or break even with only GS advertising. IMO without independent advertising it will sink.

I feel exactly the same as those who have already addressed the new RV Magazine. I had Trailer Life and looked forward each month to the product reviews, tech articles and the questions / answers section. The New RV magazine appears as though the target audience is the Elite RV'er, not the casual weekend RV'er. I realize this was the First Edition but my subscription expires soon and if they hold the course, I will NOT RENEW..

It's more of a Martha Stewart rag now. None of the departments or contributors I enjoy and none of the tech. Just a bunch scabbed together junk from various free lancers. What a cheap move Marcus -
you really blew it.
I will not be renewing either.

As Camping World has gotten bigger, they have gone downhill.

Yes I understand how you all feel. My problem is my subscription
goes until Feb 2023.

Oh gee - we got ours too and was impressed by the cover, but have not read it yet. Well, I guess if I find the same, I will not be renewing.
