Your first mistake was buying at CW, the second was taking it to them for service. Find another dealer for your unit or call a mobile tech. You will have nothing but headaches dealing with CW.

If you would like to "get her done" you got to get up close and personal with that commode. Seriously, I did and discovered it was the vacuum breaker as described by the Ole Biscuit.

Bought one from amazon and slapped it on there. Watch out there are a bidet and non bidet type.

Otherwise , get your wallet out and get the mobile tech in there to "get her done".
