If you want me to read something, copy it and post it here.
We just had several people from NY pull in here today and they overnighted along the way

No need to be hostile. I didn't have to log in to read it and I don't have an account with the NYT. Article is too long to reprint. Suffice it to say if someone is planning out of state travel to make sure they can abide by the rules if there are any. Not a big deal.

This time of year none of those states interest me for camping.


Neither do I, BUT if you plan to STOP and overnight due to timing, that may effect you is all.. Pretty much the entire North East has a travel ban in place.

The NE/New England states seem to be the most restrictive...but you should be able to clear out of there in the first days drive.

Bigger issue this time of year would be finding open campgrounds until you get far enough south that they are open year round. If there are open campgrounds, I wouldn't worry about them being full.

If you are set up so you can run the furnace overnight without shore power, I wouldn't worry about finding a parking lot to overnight. What are they going to do...tell you to keep driving even though you are tired?

As others have said, most places have switched to checking in over the phone, so easy to stay isolated.

Call ahead to confirm but no worries.

Oh, but why not LOL???? It was 40 degrees yesterday-with 25-30 mph wind gusts and we went to the beach. The dog insisted.

Not even sure that much is open up this way.

We overnighted at open RV parks in NY, PA, VA, and SC on our way to southern GA and FL last week. We only ran into one full park when we called ahead each day, and we had an easy alternative for that one.

If you clear your NYT cookies you should be able to read 3-4 articles before they lock you out again.
