Does the 2021 Hondas towable 4-wheels down?

I think that the last Honda that was available for 4-wheels down towing was the 2014 CR-V. The new transmission is the problem. The value of mine is now enhanced!

2020 Fits with manual transmissions (but not those with CVTs) can be towed 4-down, per the owner's manual available online from Honda. The 2021 model year Fits have not been introduced as yet--and it's entirely possible they may just jump to the 2022 model year and skip 2021.

I wouldn't take any guesses. Check with Honda!

First place to start looking is to check the Motorhome Magazine Dinghy Towing Guides is a great place to start. It provides a great overview, but doesn’t get into many details. Keep in mind that some vehicles that could be towed one year might not be recommended the next year, either changes to electronics, transmission, engine or the bean counters can all influence the change.
The ultimate authority is the actual Owners Manual that came with the vehicle. In most cases you can do a Google Search with the year make and model to find one online. But you will want to verify with the actual owners manual of that vehicle to be sure since sometimes the online ones might differ from the actual. Generally speaking you want to look for the section on "Recreational Towing" in the owners manual.

The last Honda year that can be towed four down is the 2014 model year. All newer Hondas have the CVT transmission and cannot be towed without damaging the transmission.
There are other models that can be towed such as the Equinox, some Fords and of course Jeeps among others. Check the Dingy Towing Guides and I would always want to check the cars manual which is in the glove box Good luck on your quest.
