O'Reilly Auto Parts has had the Flux Capacitor in their online catalog for years now. It was originally added as a test to see which competitors were tracking their prices and how thoroughly the public was browsing the catalog. The public users eventually took the link viral, and it has shown up a number of times on April Fools Day lists in various places. I think Snopes still has a listing for it too...

Truly the most fun I have ever had with a MEX post. Didn't understand it at first (as usual) but let others lead me down this humorous path. This might be a first, but Thanks Mex!

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

The turnover of employees at big box auto parts will me give me many years of screwing with them when I have a need for a real part. Sorry Advance and AutoZone.

For what ever reason, the line at the bottom of the page made me laugh:

"Non-Functional Item Displayed for Entertainment Purposes Only "

I don't pay much attention to trends however...

The guys that send their wives or girlfriends to go up to the counter and ask for "Blinker Fluid" are braver than I'll ever be...
