Here is the issue. The cold water comes out with full force, The hot water starts at full force a couple seconds later it goes to a trickle in all 3 faucets.......something is amuck....I have tried every thing I can think of to no avail....what am I missing...check valves have been checked or replaced, all aerators all been cleaned....

Turn off heater, drain and flush. May be some scale stopping the flow as it leaves tank.

Are your winterizing valves all fully set in the correct positions?

You could have a blocked line, a valve not wide open, or maybe a kinked pipe. Looks like you have checked everything else that comes to mind.

At all faucets or just one?

How long ago did you replace the WH Tank Hot Out Check Valve?

Is it time for your medication or mine?
