In the last week my Verizon/gmail is unable to send emails to a phone number at vtext.com

Anyone else seeing this?

Ok, do me a solid. If you have a Verizon cell phone, use your computer -based email to send a brief message to yourphonenumber@vtext.com

Tried sending it 5 minutes ago. Haven't received anything yet on the phone.

Thanks. Looks like it works for some. Weird. What email are you guys using? Mine is Gmail. I'm not sure if it's that or Verizon

I tried from gmail using my tablet, and received a text on my phone from Google voice with the text from the gmail I sent to my phone number

So it's working for me, I haven't used Vtext email option in about 9 years, maybe more, maybe 11 years, I forgot it was even available

I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !
....

I used outlook and the message went through fine. Looks like it's Gmail. I've sent a screen shot of the error messages to their Feedback. Hope somebody reads it.

Well, how cool is that? It just worked for me using AOL mail (don't laugh!)
